🔍 About the Role

Join a high-performing product team focused on delivering scalable, high-impact solutions for regulated and high-growth markets. Depending on your expertise, you’ll work in one of the specialty areas below:

Product Manager — core product strategy & lifecycle (iGaming)
Crypto Product Manager — crypto casinos & blockchain
Product Owner — backlog ownership, sprint delivery, agile processes
Product Operations Manager (POps Mobile) — mobile app operations & compliance
Product Manager Regulations — regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, market entry

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and UX teams to execute on time-to-market.
  • Analyse market, customer behaviour and competitive data to fuel product decisions and growth.
  • Regulatory roles: translate jurisdiction requirements into product features; ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Operations roles: manage mobile storefronts, app releases, policy changes, and compliance workflows.

🎓 Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years in a Product / Product Owner / Product Operations role in digital, iGaming or regulated markets.
  • Strong analytical skills plus experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Comfortable working in agile, matrix structures; strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English-language proficiency (C1 preferred).
  • Bonus: experience with crypto, mobile apps, regulated markets (KYC/AML), or agile frameworks.
